A historic milestone: 50 scholars in the Senior School
This academic year marked one of the most important moments in the Foundation’s history: reaching the goal set for St. Paul’s School’s centenary. With 15 new students joining in August 2025, the Scholarship Programme reached 50 scholars, representing 10% of the Senior School.
More than a number, this milestone reflects expanded educational opportunities and a stronger, more diverse school community, where different experiences, perspectives, and talents enrich learning for everyone.
The report also takes you behind the scenes of this growth, including the selection processes and the work done to prepare and support candidates throughout the programme.
Stories that go beyond the classroom
Throughout the report, our scholars share their own experiences and achievements, showing how they make the most of the opportunities St. Paul’s offers.
From theatre to sports competitions, from community projects to Model United Nations (MUN) conferences, their stories show how actively they take part in school life. This edition also highlights international academic experiences, including summer courses at institutions such as Cambridge, Columbia, and Johns Hopkins, as well as students who have stepped into leadership roles as Prefects and House Captains.
Their academic results reflect this journey too: 30 awards at Prize Giving and an average of 38.7 points in the International Baccalaureate (IB), above the world average of 30.5.
New paths, great achievements
The Class of 2025 has a special place in this edition. Claudia, Enzo, João Gabriel, and Mariana have completed their time at St. Paul’s and started a new chapter at leading universities: the University of Chicago, Columbia University, the University of Notre Dame, and the University of Manchester. Three of them received full scholarships.
Their journeys show how an excellent education can open doors and broaden horizons.
Transparency, community, and a legacy for the future
Beyond the students’ stories and achievements, the report presents the Foundation’s financial results, the growth of its endowment, and the initiatives that brought our community together this year, such as the Annual Cocktail, Quiz Night, and International Day.
Every achievement in this edition is the result of a collective effort. Our heartfelt thanks to the donors, volunteers, families, and partners who make it possible to expand opportunities and transform lives through education.
